Hiring conditions

• Rents are calculated per day or per weekend. For more days price on application.

• Payment in advance by bank or cash at take away.

• The equipment is reserved from the moment you order. It's necessary to reserve on time.

• Taking away/bringing back must regulated by the customer. This is possible on office hours from Monday till Friday from 8.30 AM– 5.30 PM. We can also provide the transport. The equipment will be delivered the day before the event and will be picked up the day after (on working days). The costs are charged.

• The material must come unharmed retour. Possible damage or failure will be charged.

• All EM-serie products contain rechargeable batteries and are standard entirely loaded. They are provided without cord.

• If necessary the products are deliverd including an English manual.

• Please indicate at your hiring application:
  - which event it concerns
  - when the event takes place
  - how long you need the equipment
  - if you need transport.
